Description

  • We are seeking a professional, responsible, and outgoing person to work as a Coordinator in our Customer Experience Department.  You will serve as the first point of contact for our customers for the Service Department.

     

    Responsibilities:

      • Service Department Appointment Scheduling & Reminders
      • Telephone and Electronic Inquiries
      • Special Ordered Parts
      • No Show Rescheduling
      • Handle Status calls
      • Requests for Alternate Transportation
      • Closed RO Follow Up Calls
      • Special projects such as Newsletter and campaign programs
      • Appointments, Loaners and Shuttle Logs
      • VIP Appointment Logs and Shuttle Logs Clean up
      • VIP Appointment Log Distribution via email and in service drive
      • Handle Special Customer Service Projects
      • Control Appointments Calendar, correct double bookings and determine lockout
      • Maintain Appointment Outlook Schedules checking for vacations/training
      • Manage waitlist, emergency and exception requests

       

     

       

     

    Requirements

    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Ability to multi- task and work in a fast paced atmosphere
    • Working knowledge of computers (MS Word, Excel, etc...)
    • Professional attitude and attire a must
    • Maintain a neat and professional work space
