Assisting the IT department in:
•Responding with the PC Support Technician for the HelpDesk answering technical queries and troubleshoots any reported problems.
•Website support •ADP On-site Technical Support
•Assist the IT Manager and IT Technician with network devices and peripherals maintenance and support. i.e. Printers, copiers, Digital Senders, phones, KeyLogix.
•Providing hands on and remote support for various support requests.
•Assist the IT Department staff in completing various functions, including the installation and support of servers, workstations, laptops, and network hardware.
•Updating and maintaining hardware and software inventory records.
•Update network documentation and diagrams for servers, workstations, network equipment and logical processes of applications.
•Perform other duties as assigned.
