THE COLLECTION

 Responsibilities:

• Assist in responding with the PC Support Technician for the HelpDesk answering technical queries and troubleshoots any reported problems.
• Assist with website support
• Assist with ADP On-site Technical Support
• Assist the IT Manager and IT Technician with network devices and peripherals maintenance and support. i.e. Printers, copiers, Digital Senders, phones, KeyLogix.
• Assist in providing hands on and remote support for various support requests.
• Assist the IT Department staff in completing various functions, including the installation and support of servers, workstations, laptops, and network hardware.
• Assist in updating and maintaining hardware and software inventory records.
• Update network documentation and diagrams for servers, workstations, network equipment and logical processes of applications.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Enrolled in an accredited university with field of study of Computer and Information Science.

• Proficiency with computers, especially Word, Excel and Windows software.

• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
