At that time, one of our specialists will schedule an appointment to inspect and return your vehicle. The visit should take approximately 30 minutes. The leasee will need to be present to complete the paperwork. Here’s what you will need to bring:
- Both sets of keys
- The original books that came in the glovebox of your vehicle
- The paperwork you received when the vehicle was inspected
Yes! We take trade-ins every day. Click here to get a Kelly Blue Book® estimate of what your trade-in is worth. Keep in mind that you will have to bring the vehicle in to be inspected in person.

Yes! We are happy to arrange for a flatbed to pick up your vehicle and bring it in for major services needed.
Yes! We gladly provide complimentary shuttle service within a 10 mile radius. This means we can give you a lift to work, or back home while your car is being serviced, and we can bring you back to THE COLLECTION as needed. Click this Google Maps link to see if you fall within the 10 mile radius.
It would be our pleasure to service your car while you travel and we will also provide you with transportation to and from THE COLLECTION to the Miami International Airport.
If you purchased your vehicle at THE COLLECTION and made an appointment for a service that takes more than two hours, you are eligible for a complimentary loaner. Here are a few things to keep in mind:
- Please be sure to see a representative when you return the loaner as that car will be checked-in and you will be given a receipt.
- Your loaner vehicles must be returned within four hours of the completion of your service. Rentals charges in the amount of $99.99 per day thereafter will be charged to your account.
- Please remember to return your loaner with the same amount of fuel as your received it. Otherwise, refueling charges of $8.00 per gallon will be charged to your account.
- We ask that your courtesy loaner remain in the tri-county area. Please do not drive more than 75 miles per day. Extra mileage will be charged to your account at the rate of $.50 per mile.

Please check with your financial institution directly regarding the length of time the hold is in effect. Typically, credit cards are released within 3-5 days, while debit cards holds are usually released within 2-3 weeks.
