THE COLLECTION is not your typical dealer, and we get some common questions about our unique features and services.

Our new and pre-owned car facility is just a few blocks off US1, so finding our dealership is quite easy.

All customers of THE COLLECTION are treated exactly the same; whether you own a $30,000 vehicle, or a $300,000 vehicle. With complimentary valet parking, Bachour Cafe in our lobby, complimentary chargers for mobile devices and free Wi-Fi access; you can sit back and relax while your vehicle is serviced. When you call, one of our specialists will refer you to an outside agency which will set a date for you to inspect and return your vehicle. As a general rule, the inspection should take approximately 30 minutes. The leasee will need to be present to complete the paperwork. Here’s what you can expect to take:

Both sets of keys
The original books that came in the glovebox of your vehicle
The paperwork you received when the vehicle was inspected

Yes! We take trade-ins every day. Click here to get a Kelly Blue Book® estimate of what your trade-in is worth. Keep in mind that you will have to bring the vehicle in to be inspected in person.

We take stellar service very seriously. In fact, our Service team’s sole mission is to make every visit a smooth and seamless experience. From the moment a customer calls for an appointment or a vehicle enters our dealership to final pickup — our Service department works much like a well-oiled machine.

Yes! Your service advisor can send you a payment link via text or email in order to make for a more seamless experience. We are partnered with an industry-certified provider powered by 3D-Secure, so your transaction is completely safe and secure.

Here’s what you will need to know:

  • Once you receive the payment link, please click on the the Pay Now button below to make a payment and expedite your pick-up
  • Please note that you will need:
           – The billing address/zip code on file with the issuing bank
           – The Security Code
           – The expiration Date
  • You will receive a receipt once payment is complete
  • For security purposes, this link expires in 24 hours

Yes! We are happy to arrange for a flatbed to pick up your vehicle and bring it in for major services needed. Please contact your service advisor for details and pricing, if applicable.

YES! In addition to loaner vehicles, we also provide complimentary ride share for our clients. Ask our appointment specialists for details.

It would be our pleasure to service your car while you travel and we will also provide you with transportation to and from THE COLLECTION to Miami International Airport. We will also make arrangements to deliver the car to your home when complete.

If you purchased your vehicle at THE COLLECTION and made an appointment for a service that takes more than two hours, you are eligible for a complimentary loaner. Here are a few things to keep in mind:

  1. Loaner vehicles must be reserved online or through the service appointment office at the time your service appointment is scheduled.
  2. Loaner vehicles may only be provided to drivers with a valid US driver’s license who have reached 21 years of age
  3. You will need to provide a valid driver’s license, credit card, proof of insurance and insurance declarations page proving minimum liability coverage (our service representatives will guide you through this process) at the time of your service The following insurance providers are not accepted:
  • Kemper/Infinity
  • Estrella
  • General
  • United Auto
  1. All documents must be in the name of the individual receiving the loaner vehicle and the insurance must cover the vehicle being serviced.
  2. A security deposit will be charged to your credit card at the time of loaner pick-up
  3. Loaner vehicles must be returned within four hours of notification that your vehicle is ready to be picked up.
  4. Usage is limited to 75 miles per day and vehicles must remain within Dade, Broward, and Monroe
  5. Vehicles must be returned in the same condition they went
  6. The loaner vehicle must be returned the same day that service is completed (by 7:00 p.m. or no later than 9:00 a.m. the following business day)
  7. Smoking and pets are not allowed in loaner. A $200 charge will be applied if detailing due to evidence of pets or smoking is deemed necessary.

Complimentary loaner vehicles are not provided for service visits relating to the following:

  • Body repairs
  • Damage caused by the driver of the vehicle
  • Insurance repairs
  • Repairs taking less than two hours to complete

As is customary with rental cars, we are required to place an authorization hold on your credit card to protect against damages. Holds range from $500-$1000 depending on the vehicle you drive. Please check with your financial institution directly regarding the length of time the hold is in effect. Typically, credit cards are released within 3-5 days, while debit cards holds are usually released within 2-3 weeks.
